I have had numerous back problems and I have fibromyalgia. Weight training is my latest attempt to gain back the strength and endurance I have lost. So far I am impressed with the results.
I'm a Registered Nurse and a "young" grandma. I've been a nurse for about 20 years. I am working (slowly) on a Bachelors Degree in Nursing through Regents College, which offers degrees through distance learning. I have a Certificate in Applied Computing from Rochester Institute of Technology, which I earned through distance learning.
Personal Interests
I have 2 cats and a 4 year-old granddaughter that occupy a lot of my time. I like to read, play computer games, walk, ride my bicycle, and listen to music.
